PRC Projects Developed and/or Marketed by SRG
Setting the course of the nascent Private Residence Club (PRC) and timeshare industries, principals of Star Resort Group (SRG) represent over $1 billion in shared ownership and fractional interest sales sold and closed. Combined marketing and sales activities of SRG’s principals and allied partners have generated well in excess of $2 billion in resort real estate sales.

Northstar Club,Truckee, California. SRG developed and marketed 18 residences resulting in approximately $23.5 million of fractional sales.

Snowmass Club,
Phase I,Aspen/ Snowmass CO. SRG marketed 30 residences resulting in approximately $36.7 million of fractional sales for Aspen Skiing Company.

Christie Club,
Phase I, Steamboat Springs, CO.  SRG principals developed and marketed 20 condominiums resulting in approximately $21.5 million of fractional sales.

Front Four at Stowe Mountain Lodge, Stowe, VT is a condo-hotel and private residence club project being developed by AIG and Lowe Enterprises/Destination Development. Sales of the 100 condo hotel units and the 34 fractional residences are expected to generate approximately $150 million in revenues.

The Cottages at National Golf Club, Village of Pinehurst, NC is a private residence club consisting of 22 two and four-bedroom homes located on the only Jack Nicklaus signature course in The Sandhills.

Expedition Lodge, Kirkwood, CA are three and four bedroom luxury condominiums; Phase One is selling for an aggregate of $50 million.  Kirkwood, south of Lake Tahoe's South Shore features the best snow in the Sierras.

Purgatory Lodge, Durango, CO features ski-out and ski-in residences featuring a choice of a private residence club or luxury fractions.  Phase One is selling for an aggregate of $50 million.

Saguaro Ranch, Tucson, AZ includes 24 hotel-condominiums at the cores of the village; they range in price from $800,000 to $3.4 million with a fractional phase scheduled to follow.

Meriwether Ranch, Melrose, MT offers blue ribbon fishing on the Big Hole River with river front fractional homes an dsportsman's cottages.  Sales will total $52 million.

241Unit Urban Mixed-Use Timeshare Hotel conversion. $100 Million construction and $430 Million sales. The largest urban project in the world.

San Francisco Suites, San Francisco, CA,  16-units. The world's first Urban Timeshare.

Holiday Clubs International by Holiday Inns,  Introduced the first Hotel Company Timeshare. 

Powell Place City Share, San Francisco, CA,    33-unit Urban Timeshare Condominium. 

Avenue Plaza Hotel, New Orleans, LA,
150-unit  Hotel Mixed-Use  Urban Timeshare.

The Cliff Club at Snowbird, Snowbird, UT,  Snowbird Corporation. Operating High-Rise Hotel with Spa and Ski. 54-Timeshare Units. ARDA 2000 - Gold ARDY Award Winner for Sales & Marketing Team on a Mid-sized Project.

Vail Run Resort, Vail, CO,    Operating Hotel and Timeshare with Spa & Ski.

Brockway Springs, Lake Tahoe, CA,   First fee ownership timeshare in the world.
